You might have seen long and useless articles online sharing and posting creepy stuff. Well, I am not here to waste your time. I know your time is important so let’s move to the 7 best workout plans without wasting a single second.

1- Pushups

To warm yourself up for exercise the best workout is a pushup. If you are a beginner just start with 3 rounds and 10 pushups in each round. Your hands must be under your shoulders and fingers pointing forward while your knees and elbow should be up from ground level.


2- Contra lateral limb raises

Lie your stomach on the mat with your legs stretched behind you. Take a long, deep breath and float your arms in air without movement of your hips or any back portion. Do it 10 to 15 times and you are done with this one.

3- Cobra

Lie down on the floor with your stomach, lower to the floor. Take a deep breath and move your chest up along with your head. You may do it as much as you want but don’t bend too much as this can create spinal problems so I will advise you to play safe.

4- Squad

One of the best and mind blowing exercise for your booty and brain. Research has proved that squad sharpens your mind and keeps you fit and healthy. As in this exercise your each and every body part works. Trainers recommend 10-15 squads daily to keep your body, booty and bring up to date.

5- Water bottle weights

If you can’t afford to buy dumbbell and heavy weights, make use of water bottles, these are the best alternates of dumbbell and you can increase the water in the bottle gradually if you wish to lift up heavier weight. You can also use milk jugs instead of water bottles.

6- Dancing

Well, you would be fully surprised to read it..!! But trust me there is no such exercise than dancing. Dancing seems to me one of the best exercise to burn calories in much lesser time and keep your heart beat going while having fun. I advise you to dance a weak, it would enlighten your mind and refresh all your body parts.

7- Plank:

If you want to get the most out of it without doing much, plank is for you. Jut position yourself like you do pushup but this time you don’t have to push yourself up and down, just hold yourself in one place and count how much time you can hold and daily increase 10 second with your previous day time.
