Diet!! Now there’s a four letter word if we’ve ever heard one. Its also the biggest failure if we’ve ever had one . Reality. To lose weight you have to be on one .
Weight Loss Plans Why?
There’s thousands of diets out there and who knows which one works for them?? Its frustrating especially when you’ve tried a diet and it failed . Or worse, you’ve tried a diet , it worked , but only for a short while and you gained the weight back and then some . There are so many weight loss plans which are working for us but one should chose a plan according to the easiness for his daily life so that you become able to get positive results.
Weight Loss Plans Working
I am no nutritionist but Ive known plenty on people that were very knowledgeable in this area including competition body builders and fitness models . So lets skip the word diet and turn it into eating habits.
How often do you eat and when does your daily eating start? Its a FACT . Your first meal should be no later than two hours upon awakening . It is the meal that actually turns the ignition on to your metabolism . Meal number two should be a light snack two hours later . Lunch or the third meal should be two hours after the light snack . Yes!! Every two hours if possible . That’s 6 times a day you should be eating. Not buffet type meals but light healthy portions . This keeps your metabolism on the move.
Portion control. Remember what I said about removing the word diet? Don’t rob yourself of the things you enjoy. The fact is you don’t have to. Portion control is key . Trust me on this . When I lost my 30 lbs I made myself miserable. Then I found out that I didn’t have to . During the holidays I only gained 2 whopping pounds . I enjoyed all of the holiday goodies BUT….I just controlled how much.
Stay active. You don’t have to do three hours of cardio everyday. Props to you if you can but its a fact that after 20 minute of cardio that fat burning begins. Everything after that is a bonus . Its up to you the individual on your routine and personal fitness goals. But do something and change up often . Change keeps the body confused and keeps you from burning out . Stay healthy my friends.
