Weight loss motivation is exact thing which everyone need who really want to lose weight but there are so many people who yet not be able to understand the phenomenon behind these words and I sure that some of you are also in confusion that what is this and why I am focusing on it. So for clarifying this confusion I decided to write a comprehensive detail on it to clear this misconceptions.

Now the first thing you need to clear in your mind that what is motivation ? Because if you able to understand it then it is easy for you to understand what is weight loss motivation and how you can achieve this.


Motivation, you can say it spirit or strong attraction, or willingness or taking interest in doing a work or anything you want. Let me clear it with an example, as some people love to play football and they play whenever they find any opportunity but there are some people who didn’t love to play football while having time and ground near to their homew for football but they didn’t play so do you ever think about that why they didn’t play?

Yes, exactly they don’t like to play football because they have no interest in playing football. So the result is that you must have motivation factor behind every work you want to do. If you have motivation factor then you can do every thing you want. Now I hope that you have a clear mind about motivation. Let move towards weight loss motivation.

Weight Loss Motivation What is Exactly?

Now you have motivation for weight loss so this mean that you want to lose weight. But here again some misconceptions that while having motivation but not able to achieve you goals. why is it so?

The sad thing for me when I saw people who are well educated but not have consciousness about some common things like how to done a work properly and so many other things. There are so many who said that there is no way to loss weight as it is natural phenomenon and factor of luck is involved in it. Yes, there is a factor of luck but you mind and sense. Is it not? why are you not consider you mistakes which you have done in doing this and today you are facing the results of those mistakes you have in past. Fatness is not a natural, because you have done mistakes regarding your living behavior in past and now you are still doing a worse mistake that you can’t lose weight. But I sure if you have motivation for it then you can do this by your own. Yes, you can do this buy just understanding the few facts.

Motivation is not physical thing that which you can buy so its mean that you have to adopt it in you behavior.
Its mean that you have to take action for achieving you want so you are want to weight loss you it mean you should take actions that are needed to achieve you goals like you need to do exercise on daily basis and for specific time. Mostly people ignore this fact which is a big mistake. If you want to lose weight by doing exercise then you have to stick with a daily schedule then you become able to achieve it. Mostly people do it just for one month and then leave it by saying that it is a natural thing so if it is a natural thing how the wrestlers shape their bodies in specific angles? They may be use some products but one thing is sure that they take regular gym and do their work their and years of hardwork behind developing their body shape so if you really want to do this then you should have daily plan for you exercise.

The other thing which heart me a lot that a person want to lose weight and he/she claims 100% motivation factor and but that person is not working on the daily food chart which is a considerable mistake in not achieving goal.  When you are going to weight loss and working on weight loss motivation formula then you should consider your daily food behavior to get your goal. You have to take action for it.

If you are taking regular exercise from previous few months but not leaving the bad habits of related to you eating behavior and eating things which increase fat percentage then all in vain the exercise you are doing for losing weight.

Weight loss motivation is not an imaginary concept by having which you can lose weight but its mean that taking actions for you purpose and then stick to you action till the final results. Mostly people claim that they no time for it which means that they no time for their life because fatness increase the probability for your death as it bring more diseases for you. You should spend some time on your health to increase your happiness rather then going towards the hell which is most common now days. Their is a very fast life today when we compare it with past few decades. But if you want to live then you give time to your health and should take part in healthy activities otherwise this fatness will create lot of madness and sadness for you.
